1) Can you introduce yourself to our future brides and grooms? My name is Sandra Linares; I am Customer Service Manager and Wedding Coordinator, Planner here in Marina Palace Varadero Cuba. I have been working in the wedding industry for ten years now, and five as a Wedding Planner, Coordinator. I speak English, Italian, French and a bit of German as well. It is always a pleasure for me to organize weddings and create a magic atmosphere for our wedding couples. So far, we have had over 200 weddings in our resort with a very high percent of satisfaction with our services. 2) Which kind of tips you can give to the future wedding couples, if they do their wedding in Cuba, Varadero? A caribbean beach ceremony with natural flowers and palm tree leaves decoration is very nice. Our wide beach area is ideal for beach wedding arrangements. The use of shells or tropical flowers in cake decorations go very well with the theme and look fantastic! Flowers in the bride hair outdo also go with the theme. 3) Do you do more than one wedding a day? NO. We prefer to dedicate every minute to our wedding party / group taking care of every detail starting with the area wedding decoration for the ceremony and ending at the reception. 4) What kind of special conditions/ offers gives your hotel/ resort to a future wedding couple? All our packages offer a room upgrade from the wedding day on, to our Club Premium Cayo Libertad, a very exclusive and romantic area, ideal for honeymooners. Our packages also include a nice banquet room for receptions where wedding couples along with their guests will enjoy a fine menu and the possibility of dancing and doing speeches, as sound system is provided. 5) Can the wedding couple bring their own professional wedding photographer / Videographer from abroad to your hotel / resort? They can bring their own professional wedding photographer, wedding Videographer as part of their wedding group; otherwise we also provide the service. 6) In case of bad weather " tropical storm ", what kind of solutions can you offer to the wedding couple, family and guests? We do have two indoor locations for weddings in case of storm. 7) Why should they choose for Cuba and your hotel / resort, to do their romantic exotic destination wedding sharing with family and guests? The clients can bring their own wedding phographer or videographer from abroad or they can also use the one that the hotel offers. 6) In case of bad weather " tropical storm ", what kind of solutions can you offer to the wedding couple, family and guests? In Cuba there is always sun, and beautiful days, the clients do not have to worry about bad days.
